My daughter is ongoing with chemotherapy the nursing staff is very attentive to, good in nature and well experienced specially Puja Di, Ravi bhaiya and Mohit bhaiya of Onco ward and Dr Deepak Jain sir and Dr Sudhir Palsaniya sir are generous with everyone without any discrimination. This is best hospital for all.☺️

i am writing to share my experience at the cancer hospital. The medical staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided compassionate care throughout my mother treatment. I have come to this hospital for the first time and I liked the cleanliness and the behavior of the staff very much. I came to Apex for my mother's treatment and I liked this hospital very much. I liked the cancer ward here even more. I will give this hospital a 5 star rating and my mother is also being treated very well here.

My sincere thanks to Apex Hospital, Mansarovar, where my father underwent a prostate surgery performed by Dr. Bhanu. I am extremely satisfied with the suggestions he provided and with the surgery itself; his expertise and professional competence are truly excellent. Main positive point of this hospital is humble Doctors always ready to have conversations with patient and his attendent with open mind and patient,s own language. Floor staff and counter staff very cooperative and work with service moto.. these behaviour give mental strength to patient and attendent. Although wards beds etc need to be improved..lack of proper space is also disturbing. But treatment at reasonable rates give satisfaction.

I had a very good experience at this hospital for neuro surgery. The entire medical team is professional, supportive, and well-organized. A special thanks to Dr. Shiteez Agarwal — he is not only an excellent neurosurgeon but also a very kind and humble person. He listens carefully to every concern, explains the treatment clearly, and makes the patient feel comfortable and confident. His behavior and patient care are truly outstanding. I felt safe and well-guided throughout the treatment process. I had an issue during my visit related to the behavior of some staff members. However, I appreciate that the top management handled the matter very professionally and listened to my concern carefully. They took the issue seriously and ensured that my query was properly resolved. Apart from that, the Neuro Physician was excellent. The doctor was very knowledgeable, polite, and gave proper attention to the patient. Doctors like him are the reason why patients travel from far distances to seek treatment here. Overall, while there was a small issue initially, the way management handled it and the quality of the doctor’s care made the experience much better. Thank you Mukesh

We got my grandfather operated here earlier. Doctors are good and hospital for neuro and other is good. The entire medical team is supportive and professional. A special thanks to staff they listens carefully to every concern, explains the suggest the Dr. for treatment clearly and makes the patient feel comfortable. And Their CGHS facilities are good.
